General

Do I need to sign up for your services?

Yes, you do need to reserve our services.  Just give us a call, send us an email or talk to the funeral home to get everything arranged.

Where can I watch the live stream?

We have a livstream channel in the menu at the top of this website.  Alternatively, some families elect to use our ZOOM services with password-protection.  We will send you the links & meeting ID information so you can share them with everybody.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the service date.  However, if services have been provided already, ie;  photo slideshows created, video montages created, those services must be paid for.  If in that case we will pro-rate your refund.

Do you provide technical support?

Yes, if you need help we are happy to help you or your guests.  They are welcome to call our phone number where somebody can answer and help them as needed.

How long does it take to get our videos on thumbdrive?

We can hand you the finished videos to you on a thumbdrive at the conclusion of the services or we can mail the thumbdrive to you.  Most people choose to have us mail the thumbdrive to them.

How many photos can we put in the slideshow?

As many as you want.  There is no limit.  We will provide you an upload folder in Google Drive.  Just upload as many photos as you want and we'll build them into an elegant slideshow with world-class background imagery.

Can we include video clips in our slideshow?

Yes!  Video clips make your slideshow even more beautiful.  The old saying "A photo speaks a thousand words" is true and video speaks a million words.

Can you put the livestream recordings on DVD?

Yes.  Up to two hours of video can be put on DVD.  We will edit your video recording so it fits within the two-hour time limit of your master DVD.  Then we send out the master to a professional DVD replication service.  The finished DVD's will be delivered to you within 3 weeks, typically.  All videos are packaged in DVD cases and shrink-wrapped, just like they are in stores.

What does a livestream look like if we hire you?

We produce broadcast network television quality work.  This means we bring multiple cameras, professional microphones and network television quality equipment to your service.  ALL video is shot in 4K Ultra-HD using broadcast TV equipment.  We are private television.

I want to reserve your services, what do I need to do?

Making reservations is easy.  Call us so we can gather the details of your needs, then we will send you a link for payment.  We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Paypal, Venmo, Money Orders or Bank Transfers.

What time will you arrive on the day of service?

We typically arrive two hours prior to the beginning of your services.  We do our best to be completely setup before the first guest arrives.  We do not want to disrupt your gathering.  Please make arrangements with the facility so we can setup early.

Do we need to provide internet connection for you?

No.  We provide our own internet connections.  You just need to give us access to the facility about 2 hours before your gathering start time so we have time to setup properly.

If family members want to contribute photos or videos how do they do it?

When you make reservations with us we will give you a google drive folder to upload any photos or videos you want included in the slideshow . Just share the links to that folder with your family and instruct them to upload whatever they want also.
