Paul Warren Wanstrom, 45, passed away on August 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Paul was born on July 28, 1981, in Arco, Idaho, to David and Nancy Wanstrom.

Marriage & Family

On December 21, 2002, Paul married the love of his life, Cindy Jo, in Mackay, Idaho.

Together they built a beautiful life in Moore, Idaho, where they raised their six cherished children:

  • Faith Lynn
  • Paul Tyler
  • Jaden Ren
  • Emma Jo
  • Saige Elaine
  • Parker Dean

Above all else, Paul’s greatest joy was his family. He treasured every moment spent with his wife, children, granddaughters, and the soon-to-arrive grandsons he was eagerly looking forward to welcoming into the family.

Work & Passions

Paul was a hardworking man who found happiness in the simple things in life.

He loved fishing, hunting, farming, and riding horses. Whether working in the fields, sitting horseback, or simply spending time outdoors, Paul felt most at home surrounded by nature.

His strong work ethic and love for the land were a defining part of who he was.

A Lasting Legacy

Paul will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his strength, his kindness, and his love of the outdoors.

The memories he created with those closest to him will be treasured forever, and his legacy will continue through the family he loved so deeply and the many lives he touched.

Survived By

Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Cindy Jo Wanstrom; his children, Faith Lynn (Cody), Paul Tyler (Brenna Pam), Jaden Ren (Adison), Emma Jo (Isaac), Saige Elaine (Bracken), and Parker Dean; his beloved granddaughters, Harper and Addie; and his soon-to-be-born grandsons.

He is also survived by his parents, David and Nancy Wanstrom; his siblings; and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

Paul’s memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Funeral Services

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Moore Idaho Stake Center.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at Pioneer Cemetery in Moore, Idaho, under the care of Anderson Family Funeral Home.
