A typical 4 phone camera service setup:   Put each camera in a tripod, aim phone one at the podium, phone two at the family on the first row, phone three positioned at the back of the audience so we can see the entire room, phone four lays on the podium so we get great audio. 

Enhance the audio by using an inexpensive, optional, wireless microphone that plugs directly into one of the phones.
