Questions

How soon can we download the recording for families?

Recordings are sent directly to your InMemorial account's google drive folder.  You can download the recording after the service completes (Please allow for at least 24 hours for google to synchronize the folders. Sometimes there is a short delay)

How many people can watch the live streams?

There is no known limit on simultaneous viewers at this time.

Why do we need at least 3 smartphones?

One of the reasons professional sports on TV are interesting is because they have multiple camera angles.  Having additional angles to switch to means we can catch reactions of family, moments in time that people will value.  

Also, redundancy is a key to success in the live steam world.  If one phone stops working, runs out of batteries, loses signal, we still have at least two others to switch to.

Yes, we can provide last-minute service if we have personnel available in the studio.  Our streams are operated by real people sitting here in the studio.  

How early should we order service?

As soon as your family places the order with you, please place the same order with us, ASAP.

Our streams are operated by real people who come to the studio in-person to take care of your live stream needs.

We can customize the photo slideshow for you for a small fee.  Just add that option when you order streaming service

What if I'm only interested in one feature from a different plan?

Use our Ala Carte pricing to pick and choose options.

Can I cancel service?

You can cancel services up to 24 hours prior to service start time.  Services will not be refunded within 24-hours of the service start time.  When you place an order we immediately set aside personnel to be here for you.  If you cancel, they will have lost salary and time with their family that they set aside for the services you ordered.  It is not fair to our employees to ask them to be here and then suddenly not.  They count on it and plan their lives around the services you order. Please understand this.
